There are so many shower filters on the market. I’ve tried the ones with a lot more on the inside many different layers of things, but this three stage filtration is the best. I really count on this one and to me. It works better than the ones with more layers. I usually don’t write reviews unless I’m irritated, but thought I would leave this review. I have purchased probably at least five of these before and they are good.

I bought this filter in 2023 and it just broke this week. Not bad. Somehow the pressure was too much and it cracked the piece that the filter was in.

There was no activated charcoal in my replacement filter

Thank you for reaching out.
The replacement cartridge you purchased is part of our upgraded version. In this new design, we have optimized the filtration media by using a blend of KDF-55 and Calcium Sulfite (75/25 ratio), and we no longer include activated charcoal.
Since the housing is transparent, you will still be able to see the filtration media inside. The appearance is different from the previous version because of the updated materials, but this is normal and expected.
This upgraded combination is designed to provide more effective chlorine reduction and longer-lasting performance compared to the previous version.

These filters work well for my hard water. It's easy to install and cheaper than many other brands that I doubt work any better.

Leaks out a bit but nothing to worry about. Hair has been much less frizzy since I've used this.

I put this in like 13 hours ago. My wife couldn't wait to try it. Even the steam from the shower smells better. He skin actually looked better too. Maybe that's just me, but she was happy. It's supposed to help with dry skin and itchy scalp. So we'll see how that goes long-term. NOTE: the directions warn you of this, and I will too ... when you run water through it the first time, there is some black that comes out. It's normal, and lasts about 4 seconds. Also, I like that I can replace the cartridge, not just toss it in the landfill when I need a new filter.

If you have hard water, this is a must have. I started having issues with breakouts, so I decided to test this. I purchased a new shower head to go along with this filter and it has been amazing. Installation is a breeze.

We live in a small town with really bad water. We have filter and water softeners in our house. Had no clue, I would love these on my shower heads. One plugged really quick. Switched out the filter already. At this point my skin and hair feel so much better. Thank you for this product.

Easy to install and saves a lot on my showerhead, does not reduce the water flow, but removes the debris and preserves the integrity of the showerhead.

I installed a new shower head and decided to add this water softener gadget. Very easy to install. I could feel a difference in my skin and hair immediately after the first shower. How did I live without this? Great little gadget. It has been installed for 2 weeks and I have no negative comments to add.

I've noticed fewer issues with dryness and irritation since using this filter. It's a simple yet effective addition to my shower, and I'm pleased with the results. The housing is made of metal (I think) and overall build feels sturdy. It’s universal and fits on any shower. Would definitely recommend at this price. I have ordered another one for my second shower!

This was easy to install and works well. I can really see the difference on the glass shower walls. The hard water spots are much reduced.
