Shipping policy

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States only.

We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. During holidays, peak seasons, or periods of high order volume, processing may take one additional business day.

Note: Estimated delivery dates may be shown during checkout or in order notifications when available.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated total delivery time includes both order processing time and carrier transit time.

Delivery times are estimates only. Actual delivery dates may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, peak seasons, shipping destination, or other factors outside our control.

4. Shipping Rates

Free Shipping:
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $39.00 within the contiguous United States.

Calculated Shipping:
For orders under $39.00, shipping rates may be calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination, package weight, package size, and available carrier options. The final shipping rate will be displayed at checkout before the order is completed.

5. Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the shipping address and current tax rules. The final tax amount, if applicable, will be shown before the customer completes the order.

6. Tracking Your Shipment

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

You may track your package directly through the carrier's website. Our common carriers may include UPS, USPS, or other available shipping carriers.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after the carrier receives the package.

7. Address Changes

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address. If you need to update your address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at: customersupport@brightshowers.com

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact our support team as soon as possible at: customersupport@brightshowers.com

For damaged items, please keep the product, all original packaging materials, and any damaged packaging, as they may be required for review or carrier claim purposes. Photos of the damaged item and packaging may also be requested.
