Return Policy

1. Return Window

Customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Return requests made after 30 days from delivery are generally not accepted, unless the issue is related to a product defect that may be covered under our Warranty Policy.

2. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and uninstalled
  • Never connected to a water source
  • In original condition
  • Free from signs of use, installation, water marks, scratches, damage, or missing parts
  • Returned with original packaging, instructions, hardware, and accessories
  • Returned with proof of purchase

Items that have been installed, used, damaged, altered, or returned with missing parts may not be eligible for a refund.

3. No Restocking Fee

Bright Showers does not charge restocking fees for items returned in accordance with this policy.

4. Return Authorization Process

All returns must be authorized by Bright Showers Customer Support before the item is shipped back.

Please include your order number and the reason for the return.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide the correct return instructions and return address.

Please do not send any return items back before receiving return authorization and return instructions from Bright Showers Customer Support. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.

5. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to personal preference, ordering the wrong model, or a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Bright Showers is not responsible for return shipments that are lost in transit.

If the product is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent due to our error, Bright Showers will provide a replacement or refund and cover all return shipping costs.

Bright Showers does not cover installation, removal, labor, lost time, or other indirect expenses.

6. Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify the customer whether the refund is approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Approved refunds are usually processed within 3–5 business days after inspection.

Please note that banks, credit card companies, or payment providers may take additional time to post the refund to the customer's account.

7. Damages, Missing Parts, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, has missing parts, or is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at: customersupport@brightshowers.com

Please include your order number and photos of the product, packaging, and any visible damage.

Product defects related to materials or workmanship may be handled under our Warranty Policy.

8. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please return the original item in accordance with this policy and place a new order.
