Shower Head Material:Premium & Durable ABS Plastic
- ABS is a resin with very good comprehensive performance
- ABS has excellent wear resistance, good dimensional stability, and oil resistance.
- ABS has good electrical insulation and is almost unaffected by temperature, humidity, and frequency, making it suitable for use in most environments
- Nowadays, plastic products have been widely used in industrial products. Plastics are light in weight, have excellent corrosion resistance, poor heat transfer and electrical conductivity, and can be easily pressed into devices with complex shapes.
- Painting or electroplating can not only improve the appearance, but also extend the service life of plastics.
Shower Tube Material: Brass
- Corrosion resistance
Water pipe fittings are an important component of the water pipe system, and corrosion resistance is an important indicator for measuring the quality of water pipe fittings. Brass has excellent corrosion resistance, good oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, and acid alkali corrosion resistance, which can effectively prevent water pipes from being corroded and extend their service life.2.Antibacterial properties - Antibacterial properties
Brass has antibacterial properties and can effectively inhibit the reproduction and spread of bacteria, ensuring water quality and hygiene. Regular use of brass water pipes can play a very good role in preventing and controlling bacteria. - In terms of physical
propertiesBrass materials have the characteristics of high strength, easy bending, and not easy to crack or break. At the same time, they have good resistance to frost heave and impact, ensuring safe and reliable use, and even requiring no maintenance or upkeep. The melting point of copper is as high as 1083 degrees Celsius, making it stable in high temperature environments and suitable for hot water systems. - In terms of economy and installation
Brass material has good thermal conductivity, which can improve the efficiency of water supply, heating, and cooling systems. brass water pipes have a long service life, reducing the cost and trouble of replacing pipes. At the same time, the connection between brass pipes and fittings is firm, reducing the risk of water leakage.
