This is my second one. 1st one I bought 4 yrs ago. My son wanted one for his bathroom so I got the one with the adjustable arm. Just an fyi the arm is heavy and I need to use a pipe clamp the brace it against the ceiling as it was applying to much pressure on my pipe. All situations are unique so if your pipe isn’t really secure behind your wall you may need to add some kind of support. My ceilings are low so it was pretty easy to fix. But this can be achieved with some creativity. I like that the head and wand are made of plastic as it’s a lot lighter which is what you need if using a wall pipe connection as most of us are. Rainfall head are supposed to be hung from a pipe in the ceiling. Since this can be expensive to do this is a great option. But may still need support if you have the arm extended out. Plumbers say even a straight arm that’s 16” or more is really long and creates the possibility of snapping a pipe or creating a leak in the wall. So know your situation and be prepared for needing a support of some kind coming down from the ceiling. I used the enclosed tape on all the thread connection to ensure a watertight seal. Very easy to install. Highly recommend. Hard water is easily cleaned off and every now and again I remove them and soak in vinegar as we have really hard water in my house. My 1st one is 4 yrs old and still working well. I needed to replace the diverter 2 yrs in which I found on amazon for $15. Different brands but connections are universal so it’s not a big deal.

So many choices, so little time, so many materials and set ups. Came across this and took a crack at it. Easy to install, well made. My only concern was that the handheld wand and wall mount are made of molded plastic unlike the rest made of metal. Once I thought about it, it occurred to me the reason for that is har they been made of metal would have been to heavy for the 3M tape to keep them mounted to the shower wall. Other than that, I am very pleased thus far.

Like the looks and a reasonable price. Metal tubs the supply water to the top head, too small, hence reduce water flow.

Excellent shower and wand head. Very easy to install, came with all needed hardware, and durable finish. I wish I would've purchased this earlier.

We've been travelling in Europe and have really liked the rain showers that we've encountered on our travels. We inquired with a local plumber as to the cost of installing such a system and his quote was about $3,000 and involved cutting holes in the wall behind the shower and in the tiles of the shower. When I saw this product, I thought why not give it a try! My husband installed it easily and with no cuts in the wall or the tile. Wow, I'm in heaven. I'm loving the rain fall shower.

Game changer this thing is amazing. Truly truly amazing. I couldn't be more impressed. I can't believe it's just a easy swap out. No plumber required. Loved it so much. I got another one for the master bath Which currently has a shower head priced four or five times higher than this thing and is not nearly as fabulous. Great find! Enjoy!

This was so easy to install! And it looks amazing and works great. There is a knob maybe what you describe it as and you turn it so that you can either have both of them at the same time or just the showerhead or just the handheld sprayer! I took a picture of it close up for you.
Great quality and the water flow is perfect. No issues at all and the hose is a really good quality material. Nothing feels cheap.

I have tried a few different extensions but none of them were able to get to that angle for her. This one has that middle section that all the others didn't. The water pressure is good and it has three settings. Shower head, hand set, and both. Easy to follow instructions and easy installation! Will probably get one for my shower too :-)
