Best shower assembly we have ever purchased. Unit was well made and durable. Waterflow was great and hand held wand adjustable for many setting with great pressure. The large square rainfall shower head feels so good with full body coverage. The color matched the rest of our set we have used for many months and would buy again if needed. Very easy to use.

Very nice looking. The style fits my bathroom faucets and existing shower valve. It was easy to install. A proper sized couple of diamond tile drills are recommended. I landed the lower bracket with the provided screws instead of the sticky decal. Operates great, the wand and shower head have good pressure. PEX installation, no leaks…

I am really impressed with this rain shower retrofit kit. It is so much sturdier and better looking than the adjustable extensions that mount to the end of a typical shower arm sticking out of the wall. This unit replaces that angled shower arm and conceals the water inlet pipe within one of its wall mounts, so it looks like a professionally installed piece of plumbing. A competing European model sells for about $500, so this one is a much better value. The metal piping and fittings are relatively heavy and feel like high quality, and the chrome plating looks flawless and durable. The kit comes with everything needed to install it, including a large 10mm Allen wrench to tighten the fitting into the water pipe in the wall. The hardest part of the whole installation was just removing my old shower arm, which wouldn't budge at first, but YouTube came to the rescue with a video showing me how to use a screwdriver and a wrench to get additional leverage and get it to loosen. Once that was out, the rest of the installation only took me about 20 minutes! I used the no-drill method since I am a renter, and the peel-and-stick adhesive patch on the lower wall mount was incredibly sticky and strong. I have no doubts it'll hold indefinitely. The whole installation feels very secure.
I bought the 2.5 GPM version, and both of the included shower heads have great water pressure, coverage, and flow. However, I am really partial to my Kohler Flipside handheld shower, so I just installed that one instead of the handheld unit that was included with this kit, but I'll keep the new one on hand in case I ever need a replacement, because it's quite decent and powerful. The large range of vertical, rotational, and angle adjustments on the handheld shower holder allows for quick and easy aiming of the spray exactly where you want it. And the ball joint on the rain shower head offers a good amount of swivel adjustment.
One thing I love about this whole system is that I can use either the overhead rain shower or the adjustable handheld shower independently as well as any ratio of the two. It's not just one or the other or 50/50, so you can really dial it in to your preference. And there is almost no discernible reduction in water pressure when both showers are in use. It feels like a deluge and it's glorious!
This kit is easy to install, looks expensive, and functions incredibly well. I highly recommend it!

I had been looking at Kohler hydro rails but couldn't justify spending over $1k for all of the components and still only getting 1.75 GPM. I came across this unit and thought I'd give it a try. Super easy install. The only thing that took some time was installing the nipple extension because the shower arm it came with didn't protrude out >1" from the wall as stated in the instructions. As the nipple extension has a slightly larger diameter, I had to remove some grout from the original shower install, but it ultimately fit within the specified dimensions. I don't know what our previous shower head flow was, but the 2.5GPM unit is glorious. The diverter for the hand shower is conveniently located at the bottom of the unit rather than the top of most showerheads so it makes using the wand much more convenient. We opted to use the adhesive mount on the bottom of the rail instead of drilling in to the tile, but I've tugged on it and it doesn't budge. If you are on the fence, you won't regret this purchase!

I changed my Moen brass valve and shower head from polished brass to satin nickel when updating my shower. I previous purchased a Moon, then a Waterpik, and then.a Kohler dual head system from Costco. All are 90 percent plastic, and the hand shower flexible tubing is polished chrome. The Moen had horrible flow with both heads on, the Waterpik broke when hand tightening and after seeing the Kohler would only run one head and not both, I ordered this unit and it is fantastic and cannot believe the price for such a high quality unit. It is solid metal throughout. The hose is in satin nickel to match the rest and is kink free. It's on a swivel so the hose does not interfere with the shower valve and you can have it on the left of or the right of the adjustment pole. The flow is spectacular even with both heads on and the rain shower is very soft. It is easy with a simple twist of the knob to go from rain shower to dual to hand shower, very convenient when wanting the rain shower off while shampooing. It does come with a 2" nipple and you only need to get a replacement depending on your distance. In my case, I did need a 2-1/2 inch. I opted to use the adhesive mount, as I did not want to drill in holes in case I did not like it and figure I can drill it in later if the adhesive does not hold. So far it holds great.

Instructions are easy enough to follow for an amateur diy installer. Looks great and the quality feels great as well. Both showerheads are plastic so please be careful when tightening as you don’t want to strip any threads. I did have to go to the hardware store to purchase a shorter nipple then the one that was included due to the way the original plumbing was installed. I needed it to be about a half inch shorter than the one that was provided in the box.

Great product. The packaging is superb. The instructions are complete and the actual shower head looks and works excellent. I mounted the bottom with the included 3m tape instead of drilling and it is rock solid. I like that it can flow through either or both nozzles simultaneously. I did buy a shorter 1/2 coupling for the in wall connection, but that depends on how deep your water pipe is mounted.

Great, versatile showerhead! I love this! The look, how it functions, the price! Similar Delta brand was 4x as much. This one works just fine! Sturdy! The overhead shower head has great water flow. The handheld can slide up and down the bar. Long enough hose on it to bathe my pups. And the power shot at the end of it helps in rinsing out the shower. I love it!!!

I like the different settings in the handheld shower. There’s one that is really strong but doesn’t stab you with water. It is gentle. The overhead rain shower is amazing and when you put both on its soooo good!

I wasn’t sure about buying from a brand I had never heard of but was happily surprised that it is good quality and has easy to understand instructions. Nice and heavy, not cheap plastic. I wish it would have come with an extension sleeve for the top because as a few others have experienced, I had to make a piece to cover the pipe because our shower is not the same level as the wall. I was able to find a thick plastic cup that happened to fit perfectly, cut it and spray painted it, and it looks great. There has been a leak/drip every once in a while from the top section but it may be stopped if we leave the knob on the handheld sprayer when not in use. My only other complaint about the product was that the large allen wrench that came with it was slightly too small and wouldn’t turn the pipe. I found a bit in my own tools that fit so it wasn’t a big problem. All in all I’m very happy with it.

It's very well made and directions are mostly clear. No leaks water pressure seems ok but have not taken a shower. Finished installing today. Will see if the wife says the hand held is good enough to rinse her hair. I'll update again after using for a bit. Great price compared to a plumbing company. Instructions should say remove protective covers from the hose. They were very clear about most every other thing. Also nice having extra parts like washers without the screen if you want to increase water flow.

I bought this a couple months ago but just got installed. It works as expected and based on the texts from my plumber did not take long to install at all. I like that unlike the unit I replaced the knob to switch between the rain head and handheld is at the front of the unit instead of at the top. It makes it much easier to use. And it looks great.
