There was an old shower arm that was so short, I could never adjust the the shower head to the correct angle. This shower arm solved that issue. It's a solid piece too, good quality and price.

Tried 2 different 10" shower arms. The first one had rough threads on one end and sent it went back. The second one had threads that didn't exactly match up with US threads. Taped the threads, screwed it in, no leaks. The cover plate uses an O-ring instead of friction fit to keep it in place, so no scratching the finish.

This pipe has a thicker wall compared to others that come with a shower head kit I also like the wall cover ring it has a rubber o-ring to keep in place good quality no burrs on treads nice paint finish now will texture and paint would buy again would recommend

I purchased several brands just to find this one that had correct tapered NPT threading at the wall side of the arm and the correct threads for a shower head at the other end. Nice thick wall. Be sure to use quality tape though. I don't care for the very angular flange, so I will use a different one. Otherwise, this is just what I needed.

I needed a longer shower head pipe than what I could find at the Homeless Desperate or Schlowes because my old house has ridiculous nonstandard walls. This pipe came in clutch because it had the extra length and angle I needed for my shower rebuild and I was able to get it overnight. the overall quality and finish is fantastic. the flange end is beefier so the rubber gaskets don't get smooshed inside the pipe when you tighten the shower head onto it. I like it
